ESPN host Malika Andrews got more than she bargained for during a report on the NBA Finals. The reporter was following the celebrations after the Denver Nuggets were crowned NBA champions for the first time in their history.

In a 4-1 series win over Miami Heat, the Nuggets claimed their first ever NBA title after a final 94-89 victory. Ending a 47-year wait the team celebrated in style both on and off the court.

Nikola Jokic led his side to the historic victory. The Serbian racked up an impressive 151 points with 70 rebounds and 36 assists against Miami Heat across the five games - becoming the first player in history to lead all three categories in an NBA Finals series.

While Jokic was thrilled with the result, Nuggets coach Michael Malone already has his eyes on the next prize. Speaking to reporters, he said: "I've got news for everyone out there. We are not satisfied with one."
