Transfer news: Man Utd agreement, Arsenal eye fourth signing, Bayern bid for Kane

The summer transfer window is in full swing with several high-profile Premier League deals already completed. Manchester United, Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and their top-flight rivals are set to spend astronomical amounts of money finalising their business over the next two months.

Arsenal's dealings have seen them become the early frontrunners to challenge Manchester City for the title once again. Kai Havertz has already arrived at the Emirates Stadium and is expected to be followed by England star Declan Rice and Ajax defender Jurrien Timber.
