Arsenal are prepared to let striker Folarin Balogun leave North London this summer, but only if another club is reportedly willing to stump up £50m.

That's according to Sky Sports, who report that the Gunners are looking to balance the books after pursuing costly deals for Kai Havertz and Declan Rice. Ajax defender Jurrien Timber could also be on his way to the Emirates next season, so recouping transfer funds will be an important task for Arteta as the summer progresses.

Arsenal have already been strongly linked with a move for RB Leipzig star Benjamin Henrichs, who can play either as a full-back or a midfielder. The 26-year-old German international is seen as a player who could bring more depth to the full-back position for the Gunners.

One team's misfortune can be another team's gain and with Southampton now relegated from the Premier League, Arsenal look ready to make a bid for the Saints' midfielder Romeo Lavia.
