Arsenal are closing in on three more deals following the extension of Reiss Nelson's contract. Declan Rice and Jurrien Timber are expected to undergo imminent medicals before completing their transfers while William Saliba looks set to extend his stay at the Emirates after his agent, Djibril Niang, uploaded a video from inside the boardroom at London Colney.

Rice is expected to undergo a medical on Friday after Arsenal and West Ham settled on a transfer fee worth £105million. The two clubs had been negotiating the payment terms and an agreement has now been reached for Arsenal to pay the £100m base fee over 24 months.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Saliba has already signed his new contract at Arsenal after months of speculation. The transfer expert claims the deal will run until June 2027 with an option to extend it by a further year.

Sporting director Edu said: “Reiss is still only 23 years old but has already made a significant contribution to Arsenal for many years. He has gained good experience on loan, has come back and showed just how valuable he is to us.
