Man Utd and Chelsea bosses given cause for concern with Zinedine Zidane 'learning English'

Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag and Chelsea head coach Mauricio Pochettino have been given cause for concern after it emerged that Zinedine Zidane is learning English. The Real Madrid and France legend has been strongly linked with both Premier League giants in the past.

Zidane has been out of work since resigning as Real boss in the summer of 2021. It ended a second spell in charge at the Bernabeu where he won the club's most recent La Liga title.

He has been reluctant to take either job as the Premier League was not an attractive proposition for him at the time. But Zidane's ex-France team-mate Emmanuel Petit has revealed he is currently undergoing English lessons.

"He needs to get back on the pitch as soon as possible. The France national job is not an option after Deschamps agreed to an extension, the PSG job is not available because Luis Enrique is going to take that.
